500 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Mixed Berries Yoghurt
200 ml cream, whipped
12 Tennis biscuits
In a mixing bowl, fold together the yoghurt and whipped cream. Line a baking dish with baking paper. Layer 6 of the biscuits at the bottom of the baking dish. Pour over the yoghurt mixture and spread out evenly. Layer with the remaining biscuits ensuring that they align with the bottom biscuits. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Cut into squares alongside the square biscuits and enjoy.
