Lancewood Banana Yoghurt Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 banana(s)
15 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
1 egg(s)
45 ml flour
5 ml baking powder

Method

Using a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

Add the egg and yoghurt and whisk together until well combined.

Add the flour and baking powder and whisk together.

Pour the batter into a mug and microwave for 1 – 2 minutes until the cake is cooked through.

Top with sliced banana.

A quick and delicious dessert to enjoy with the kids!
