Method
Hake:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the fish in a single layer in an ovenproof dish. Season to taste and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
2. Mix the sauce and the cheese. Spoon the mixture over the fish and spread out evenly.
Topping:
1. Mix the butter, parsley, breadcrumbs and cheese together and sprinkle over.
2. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve with mash and salad.
HINTS & TIPS:
Use skinless chicken breasts instead of fish.
