Sift the flour, castor sugar, baking powder and salt together.
Beat the sour cream, milk, butter and egg together. Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter.
Heat a little oil in a pan. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture into the pan and fry until golden on one side. Flip over and fry until golden on the other side.
Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
To finish:
Spread generously with Nutella/chocolate spread and top with fresh berries.
