Spicy yoghurt dipping sauce:
Potato fritters:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato, spring onion and seasoning. Add the egg, flour and cottage cheese and mix together.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add scoopful’s of the fritter mixture to the pan.
3. Gently flatten and fry for 6 – 8 minutes on each side.
Spicy yoghurt dipping sauce:
In a mixing bowl, add the yoghurt, sweet chilli sauce, chilli sauce, lemon juice and seasoning and mix well.
To serve:
Serve warm with the spicy yoghurt dipping sauce.
