Ingredients

Variations

Vanilla Cheesecake Parfait:

1 brownie , cut into 2 cm cubes
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
50 g mini Tennis biscuits , reserve 4 for the top and crush the rest
lemon zest

Strawberries and Cream Parfait:

1 brownie , cut into 2 cm cubes
250 ml LANCEWOOD® No Sugar Added Double Cream Strawberries & Cream Yoghurt
125 ml speckled eggs , reserve 25 ml & crush the rest

Chocolate Parfait:

1 brownie , cut into 2 cm cubes
80 ml mini marshmallows
30 ml speckled eggs

Method

Vanilla Cheesecake Parfait:
1. Use a 6 cm in diameter x 10 cm high Maison or glass jar with a lid of your choice.

2. Place the brownie in the bottom of the jar and press down firmly.

3. Layer with half the yoghurt and sprinkle the Tennis biscuits over. Layer with the remaining yoghurt.

4. Top with the reserved biscuits and the lemon zest curl.

5. Close the jar and refrigerate until needed.

3. Layer with half the yoghurt and sprinkle the speckled eggs over. Layer with the remaining yoghurt.

4. Top with the reserved speckled eggs.

5. Close the jar and refrigerate until needed.

Chocolate Parfait:
1. Use a 6 cm in diameter x 10 cm high Maison or glass jar with a lid of your choice.

2. Place the brownie in the bottom of the jar and press down firmly.

3. Layer with half the yoghurt and the mini marshmallows.

4. Layer with the remaining yoghurt and speckled eggs.

5. Close the jar and refrigerate until needed.

HINTS & TIPS:

1. Cut a marshmallow chocolate covered Easter egg in half and stick it on top with the cut sides facing outwards to resemble bunny ears.

2. For the Lemon Cheesecake Parfait, replace the Tennis biscuits with lemon biscuits.

3. For the Turkish Delight & Chocolate, replace the speckled eggs with Zoo biscuits.

4. Replace the brownie with a chocolate muffin.
