125 ml coriander pesto
45 ml olive oil
30 ml freshly chopped chillies
250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese
Fresh coriander for garnishing
Mix coriander pesto with olive oil and chillies. Turn the cream cheese out onto a serving platter and spoon coriander pesto mixture over. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve with savoury biscuits or fresh crusty bread or banting biscuits/crackers.
