Lancewood Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

40 g chocolate  (milk, dark or white), melted & slightly cooled
250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese  or LANCEWOOD® Mascarpone, at room temperature
25 g cranberries , cherries, apricots or mixed peel, chopped
25 g almonds , pecan nuts or pistachios, chopped

 

To finish:

40 g chocolate  (milk, dark or white), finely grated

Method

Mix the melted chocolate, cream cheese, cranberries and nuts together (or any variation of your choice).

Refrigerate for 60 minutes.

To finish:
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Roll into walnut sized balls (approximately 3 cm in size). Roll each ball in grated chocolate until completely covered.

Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

HINTS & TIPS: 
Try different flavour combinations to add variation to your dessert platter:

  • Dark chocolate, cherries and almonds
  • Dark chocolate, almonds and mixed citrus peel
  • White chocolate, pistachios and cranberries
  • White chocolate, pecan nuts and apricots
