Cheesy Tuna Egg Bites

Ingredients

5 large eggs
10 ml mixed dried herbs
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Sour Cream
30 ml tomato paste
1 spring onion(s) , sliced
250 ml LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar
canned tuna , drained & shredded

Method

Preheat oven to 160°C and grease a muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Using a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, herbs, seasoning, sour cream and tomato
paste.

Add the spring onion, white cheddar and tuna and mix until well combined.

Fill the prepared muffin pan with the tuna mixture and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden
brown.

Enjoy as a tasty lunchbox snack along with your favourite LANCEWOOD Yoghurt.
