Filling (each will fill 10 dough balls):

For serving:
1. Divide the bread dough into 25 - 30 pieces. Shape each piece into a disk.
2. Add your desired filling - place small amount in the centre of the disk. Fold to seal the dough around the filling. Roll into a ball.
3. Heat oil in a pot over a medium-high heat. Once hot, add a few balls at a time to fry.
4. Fry for 7 - 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy warm with your favourite LANCEWOOD DIP&TOP®.
