Lancewood Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
45 ml orange juice
200 g Tennis biscuits , finely crushed
pistachios  or toasted coconut to coat

Method

Using a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and orange juice together.

Add the crushed biscuits and mix until a soft dough forms that resembles cookie dough. Roll into small walnut sized balls.

Roll in toasted coconut or chopped pistachio and place in mini cupcake holders.

Refrigerate until firm.

Add to a lunchbox together with your favourite LANCEWOOD® Yoghurt.
