Lancewood Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes , peeled & cut into evenly sized chips
80 ml canola oil
10 ml cinnamon
salt  to taste
cinnamon sugar  (80 ml sugar mixed with 5 m cinnamon)


To serve:

125 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
180 g caramel treat

Method

Combine the oil, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Toss the sweet potatoes in the oil. Place in a single layer, not touching, in the basket of the air fryer or a baking sheet.

Air fryer:
Air fry at 190°C for 5 minutes. Turn over and air fry for another 5 minutes.

Oven baking:
Preheat oven to 180°C.

Bake for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes or until golden and cooked.

Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

To serve:
Serve with vanilla yoghurt or cream cheese mixed with caramel treat for dipping.

HINTS & TIPS:
Air fryer cooking times are a guideline as temperatures may vary. Please adapt cooking time accordingly.
