To serve:
Combine the oil, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Toss the sweet potatoes in the oil. Place in a single layer, not touching, in the basket of the air fryer or a baking sheet.
Air fryer:
Air fry at 190°C for 5 minutes. Turn over and air fry for another 5 minutes.
Oven baking:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes or until golden and cooked.
3. Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
To serve:
Serve with vanilla yoghurt or cream cheese mixed with caramel treat for dipping.
HINTS & TIPS:
Air fryer cooking times are a guideline as temperatures may vary. Please adapt cooking time accordingly.
