Air Fryer Roosterkoek

Ingredients

250 g prepared bread dough  (shop-bought)
60 ml oil
100 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar , grated
80 ml apricot jam
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese
100 g biltong , sliced
250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese with Sweet Chilli sachet

Method

Line the basket of an air fryer with baking paper.

Roll the dough into golf-sized balls.

Brush generously with oil and place in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes on 180°C until golden brown.

Slice open each roosterkoek and fill with your favourite fillings - jam, cheese, cream cheese or biltong. Delicious!!
