Create NowTo serve:
Preheat the oven grill and line a sheet pan with baking paper.
Place the French loaf slices onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush both sides with oil and pop into the oven. Toast for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Meanwhile preheat a griddle pan to very hot. Season the steak with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Fry the steak over high heat for 2 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.
Place the crostinis on a serving board along with the cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add the tomatoes, rocket and sliced pickled onions to the board. Cut the steak into thin slices and arrange on the serving board.
Enjoy as a fun entertaining snack and allow guests to build their own crostinis.
