Lancewood Mini Chocolate Mousse Desserts

Ingredients

125 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
125 g sugar
1 egg(s)
15 ml vanilla essence
300 g milk chocolate , melted
500 ml cream , whipped

 

To serve:

fresh fruit
fresh mint

Method

In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla essence.

Add the melted chocolate and combine well. Gently fold in the whipped cream.

To assemble:
Create a layer of chocolate mousse in the bottom of a glass. Top with a layer of whipped cream.

Add a final layer of chocolate mousse and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve with fresh fruit and mint.
