Mini Chocolate Mousse Desserts
Ingredients:
125 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
125 g sugar
1 egg(s)
15 ml vanilla essence
300 g milk chocolate, melted
500 ml cream, whipped
To serve:
fresh fruit
fresh mint
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla essence.
- Add the melted chocolate and combine well. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
To assemble:- Create a layer of chocolate mousse in the bottom of a glass. Top with a layer of whipped cream.
- Add a final layer of chocolate mousse and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve with fresh fruit and mint.
