Ingredients


30 ml butter
½ an onion, finely grated
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Roasted Onion Cream Cheese
50 g LANCEWOOD® Mature Cheddar or Cheddar, grated
125 – 150 ml milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Extra milk for thinning if necessary

Method


Heat the butter and fry the onion until soft.  Add the cream cheese and Cheddar. Stir in the milk, season to taste and heat through. Add a bit more milk if the sauce becomes too thick.
