250 ml mince, cooked
5 ml garlic, crushed
250 ml tomatoes, chopped
15 ml dried mixed herbs
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, grated
4 – 6 large zucchinis
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the mince, garlic, tomatoes, herbs and seasoning to a bowl and mix until well combined. Add half of the LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella and mix well. Divide the zucchinis in half lengthways and scoop out the pulp. Place the hollowed-out zucchini halves in a baking tray and fill with the mince mixture. Top with the remaining LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
