500 g pink marshmallows
75 g butter, cubed
1.250 kg Rice Krispy cereal
125 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
125 g strawberries, chopped
Place the marshmallows and butter in a microwave friendly bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Add the cereal, cottage cheese and strawberries and mix together until well combined. Press mixture into a greased dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!
