Oil for deep frying
800 g thick cut chips
250 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Chunky Chives Cottage Cheese

To serve:
250 ml gravy
200 g streaky bacon, chopped & fried until crispy
3 spring onions, chopped

Method


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Heat the oil and fry the chips until golden.

Divide evenly in 4 individual serving dishes. Spoon the cottage cheese on top and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.

To serve:
Once the chips come out of the oven, pour the gravy over and sprinkle with bacon bits and spring onions. Enjoy warm!
