Chocolate ganache filling:
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
80 g dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
45 ml cream, warmed

Biscuits and dipping sauce:
320 g mini Tennis or Marie biscuits
Dark & white chocolate, melted

To serve:
Turkish delight, chocolate balls, chocolate, nougat and cherries.


Chocolate ganache filling:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate and cream together until smooth.

Add the chocolate mixture to the cream cheese while beating.

Biscuits and dipping sauce:
Sandwich two biscuits together using the ganache. Dip in melted chocolate and place on a dessert platter.

To serve:
Serve the dessert platter with your serving of choice.
