125 ml sugar
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
5 ml vanilla essence
250 ml fresh cream
180 ml dark chocolate, melted (more if desired)
250 ml biscuits, crumbled (this recipe used digestive biscuits)
Short glass, small marshmallows and dark chocolate pieces
Using an electric beater, whisk the sugar and LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese for 2 – 3 minutes or until soft and well combined. Add the cream and vanilla essence and continue to whisk until thickened. Add the dark chocolate and mix well.
Spoon 30 ml biscuit crumbs into a glass. Fill the glass with the cheesecake mixture and top with marshmallows and chocolate pieces. If desired, use a blow torch to toast the marshmallows a little.
