Ingredients


85 g chia seeds
250 ml milk
185 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Granadilla Yoghurt

To serve:
200 g granadilla pulp
A sprinkle of coconut flakes

Method


Using a mixing bowl, add the chia seeds, milk and yoghurt and mix until well combined. Cover and allow to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Once chilled, fill two thirds of the serving glasses with the chia mixture leaving room for the topping. Add the granadilla pulp and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
