2 x 230g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
60 ml castor sugar
5 ml vanilla essence
100 g chopped pecan nuts
70 g dried cranberries
80 g grated white chocolate
250 ml whipped cream
Mix the cream cheese with the castor sugar and vanilla essence. Add the chopped pecan nuts, dried cranberries and grated white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined. Carefully fold in the whipped cream. Spoon into a loaf tin lined with cling film. Freeze until solid.
Cut into slices and serve with chocolate curls and fresh berries.
