200 g penne pasta, cooked
200 g canned chopped peeled tomatoes
200 g tomato purée
2.5 ml chilli flakes
5 ml crushed garlic
5 g fresh basil, chopped
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
175 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar, grated
170 g canned tuna, drained & flaked
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ White Sauce
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the pasta, tomatoes, and tomato purée to a mixing bowl. Add the chilli flakes, garlic, basil, seasoning, 100 g of the cheese and tuna. Pour the white sauce over and mix all of the ingredients together until well combined. Place into a prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 – 30 or until golden brown. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
