Pizza dough:
330 g self-raising flour
365 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt

Topping variations:
Creamy Chicken:
LANCEWOOD Cheese Melt™ Pizza
LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, grated
Chicken breast, cooked & chopped
Red pepper, diced
Fresh Rocket for serving

Bacon, Feta & Avo:
Tomato purée
LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella, grated
Dollops of LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
Bacon, diced & fried
Feta, crumbled
Avocado, sliced

Method


Pizza dough:
Preheat the oven at 200°C and grease a baking tray with non-stick spray.

Using a mixing bowl, add the flour and yoghurt and mix until a ball is formed.

Divide the dough ball into 2 pieces and place them on a floured surface.

Sprinkle with more flour and shape each piece into a 20 cm in diameter circle. Place pizza bases on the prepared baking tray.

Spread Cheese Melt™ on one of the bases and tomato purée on the other base.

Add the topping variations for each and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

Add rocket, slice and enjoy warm!
