250 g pasta shells, cooked
5 ml crushed garlic
85 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar, grated
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ Mushroom Sauce
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the pasta shells, garlic, eggs, cheese and mushroom sauce in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Spoon the mixture into a prepared six cavity muffin pan. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve on their own or as a yummy lunchbox addition.
