4 large wraps
4 tomatoes, diced
20 ml fresh coriander, chopped
100 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
200 g chicken, cooked & cut into strips
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
175 g LANCEWOOD Cheese Melt™ Cheesy Cheddar


Place the wraps on a flat surface and cut each wrap once from the centre to the outer edge.

Fill the first quarter with tomatoes and a pinch of coriander. Repeat for each wrap.

Divide the cheese evenly and add it to the second quarter.

Divide the chicken strips evenly and add it to the third quarter with seasoning to taste.

Spread the last quarter of each wrap with a thick layer of Cheese Melt™.

Fold over each quarter, starting with the Cheese Melt™ quarter.

Place in a frying pan over medium heat and fry for 3 minutes per side or until the cheese begins to melt.

Garnish with coriander and enjoy!
