Lancewood Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

400 g red cabbage , shredded
400 g white cabbage , shredded
160 g carrot(s) , grated
10 g fresh parsley , chopped
175 g LANCEWOOD 1000 Island DIP&TOP
250 ml mayonnaise
30 ml apple cider vinegar
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
fresh parsley , chopped for garnishing

Method

Place the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrots and parsley in a serving bowl.

In a separate bowl combine the dip, mayonnaise, vinegar and seasoning.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss together.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
