400 g red cabbage, shredded
400 g cabbage, shredded
400 ml carrot, grated
10 g parsley, chopped
175 g LANCEWOOD® 1000 Island DIP & TOP
250 ml mayonnaise
30 ml apple cider vinegar
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Add the red cabbage, cabbage, carrot and parsley to a serving bowl. Using a separate bowl, combine the dip, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and seasoning.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss together. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
