Ingredients


170 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
125 ml milk, hot
245 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt

Method


Add the dark chocolate to a mixing bowl and pour the hot milk over. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Mix until smooth and combined. In a separate bowl, add the yoghurt and whip for 2 minutes using a whisk. Add the whipped yoghurt to the chocolate mixture and fold together until just combined. Pour into serving glasses. Refrigerate for 60 minutes before serving.
