2 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
10 ml mixed herbs
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
30 ml lemon juice
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
2 large wraps
100 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
Piece of cucumber, cut into sticks
1 tomato, diced
Using a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, dried herbs, seasoning, lemon juice and yoghurt and mix together.
Divide the yoghurt chicken mixture in half and place it in the centre of each wrap.
Add the cheese, cucumber, tomato and lettuce.
Fold and roll the wrap together tightly.
Cut in half and enjoy as a tasty lunch for the whole family!
