100 g tennis biscuits, finely crushed
50 g butter, melted
500 ml Cremora
500 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream or Low Fat Yoghurt – any flavour
385 g can condensed milk
135 ml lemon juice
Freshly sliced strawberries
Mix the crushed biscuit and butter together and press firmly into the bottom of a 22 cm x 22 cm rectangular dish.
Beat the Cremora and yoghurt together until smooth. Add the condensed milk and lemon juice and beat until thick.
Pour into the prepared dish. Cover and refrigerate for 4 – 5 hours or until firm.
Serve with freshly sliced strawberries.
HINTS & TIPS:
Double up on the ingredients for the crust if you prefer a thicker crust or if you are using a dish that is slightly bigger.
