300 g pasta of your choice
10 ml olive oil
10 ml garlic, crushed
1/2 onion, diced
400 g gammon, cooked & shredded
200 g canned garden peas, drained
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 x 250 ml tubs LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ White Sauce
160 ml milk
Add the pasta to a pot of boiling water placed over high heat and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil, garlic and onion and fry for 5 minutes or until onion is soft and golden. Add the gammon and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the garden peas and salt and pepper and mix through. Add the White Sauce and mix together until heated through.
Add the cooked pasta and milk and mix through. Serve with parsley and enjoy!
