9 large eggs

Avocado & lime:
1/2 a small avocado, cubed
15 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
15 ml lemon or lime juice
Fresh coriander for garnish

Bacon & mustard:
15 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
10 ml Dijon mustard
Crispy bacon pieces for garnish

Cheese & ham:
5 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, finely grated
15 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Smooth Balsamic & Onion Cottage Cheese
1 slice sandwich ham, finely chopped
Chopped chives for garnish


Place the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Place the pot over a medium heat and allow to boil for 10 minutes.

Take the eggs out of the boiling water and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs.

Spoon out the egg yolks and divide evenly between three small bowls. Add the ingredients for each variation to the egg yolks in the separate bowls.

Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy and pipe into the egg whites.

Add the garnish and enjoy as a healthy snack.
