30 ml olive oil
1 small onion, diced
5 ml crushed garlic
200 g chicken breast, chopped
200 g mushrooms, sliced
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
15 ml thyme
250 ml chicken stock
2 x 250ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ Mushroom Sauce
Add the olive oil to a medium pot and heat. Add the onion, garlic, chicken, mushrooms, seasoning and thyme. Fry over medium high heat for 15 minutes. Once golden and chicken has cooked through, add the chicken stock and mushroom sauce. Mix through and simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes. Pour into serving bowls and enjoy!
