15 ml butter
15 ml oil
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
200 g LANCEWOOD Spread Delight!™ Marmite® Full Cream Spread
375 ml milk
300 g chicken, cooked & shredded
250 ml whole kernel corn – fresh, frozen or canned
45 ml coriander, chopped
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

To serve:
Coriander, chopped
Chilli flakes (optional)


Heat the butter and oil together. Add the red pepper, onion and garlic and fry over low heat until soft. Add the LANCEWOOD Spread Delight!™ Marmite Full Cream Spread and milk and stir over low heat until well combined. Add the chicken, corn and coriander. Heat through and season to taste. Add a little bit more milk if the soup becomes too thick.

To serve:
Serve with coriander, a sprinkling of chilli flakes and croutons.

Add coconut milk or cream instead of milk.
