Ingredients


90 g oats
200 g banana, mashed
300 ml water
10 ml vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
10 ml ground cinnamon
245 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt

To serve:
Sliced banana
Drizzle of milk
Honey or sweeter of choice

Method


Using a pot, add the oats, banana, water, vanilla essence, salt, cinnamon and yoghurt. Place over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes while stirring frequently. Add some more water if a thinner consistency is preferred.

To serve:
Serve in bowls and top with slices of banana, a drizzle of milk and some honey or sweetener.
