Ingredients

Flapjacks:

3 extra large eggs

1 x 250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Smooth Cottage Cheese

60 ml milk

250 ml cake flour

45 ml castor sugar

5 ml baking powder

A pinch of salt

Oil for frying

 

To serve:

Spread with LANCEWOOD Spread Delight™ Full Cream Spread of your choice.

Method

Flapjacks:

Beat the eggs, cottage cheese and milk together until smooth. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg mixture, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Heat a little oil in a pan and spoon heaped tablespoons of the mixture into the pan. Fry until golden on the one side, then flip over and fry until golden on the other side and cooked through.

 

To serve:

Spread flapjacks with one of the following toppings:

1.    Spread with LANCEWOOD Spread Delight™ Chocolate Flavoured Full Cream Spread and top with fresh berries of your choice.

2.    Spread with LANCEWOOD Spread Delight™ Marmite® Full Cream Spread and top with grated LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar and chopped chives.

3.    Spread with LANCEWOOD Spread Delight™ Plain Full Cream Spread and top with crispy bacon and syrup.
