250 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
40 g butter, soft
30 ml castor sugar
5 ml vanilla essence
3 x 80 g chocolate slabs – milk or white or a combination of both
Mix the cottage cheese, butter, castor sugar and vanilla essence together. Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle. Pipe small dollops onto baking paper sprayed with non-stick spray. Stick a toothpick into each one and freeze until solid. Meanwhile spray a plate with non-stick spray.
Melt the chocolate. Work quickly and dip the kisses into the chocolate, swirling them around to coat all over. Rub the toothpick between your fingers to spin them to get rid of excess chocolate.
Place on the prepared plate and remove toothpicks. Refrigerate until needed. Just as delicious when frozen.
