230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream cheese, at room temperature
45 ml cocoa powder
200 g shortbread or tennis biscuits, coarsely crushed
180 ml fruit mince meat
50 g almonds, chopped or diced or any other nuts of your choice
A pinch of mixed all spice
2 x 80 g dark chocolate slabs, melted & cooled
Combine the cream cheese, cocoa powder, biscuits, fruit mince meat, nuts and mixed all spice in a bowl and mix well. Add the melted chocolate and mix in. Divide the mixture into 3. Spoon each third onto a piece of cling film and shape into a 3 cm in diameter x 20 cm long sausage. Wrap in cling film. Refrigerate until firm. Roll in icing sugar. Cut into slices and serve with coffee.
