5 ml instant coffee granules
60 ml cream, warmed
80 g dark chocolate, melted & slightly cooled
250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
Serve with dippers of your choice:
Strawberries, apple wedges, grapes, bananas, dried mango, pineapple wedges, cherries, marshmallows, Boudoir biscuits or wafer biscuits
Using a mixing bowl, add the coffee and cream and mix until coffee granules have dissolved.
Mix the cream mixture into the melted chocolate, by adding it in small increments ensuring a smooth consistency after each addition.
Now mix the yoghurt into the mixture in small increments until mixed through.
Serve with dippers of your choice.
HINTS & TIPS:
Use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
