300 g pasta
500 ml boiling water
250 ml milk
250 ml whole kernel corn
500 g chicken breasts, cooked & cut into pieces
60 ml parsley, chopped
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
250 ml LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar, grated
Place the pasta, boiling water and milk in a pot over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through. Stir in the corn, chicken pieces, LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese, parsley and seasoning. Mix until well combined and the cream cheese has melted. Sprinkle over grated LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar and serve.
