175 ml milk
100 g LANCEWOOD® White Gouda, finely grated
4 thick slices of bread
30 g butter
Sliced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice
LANCEWOOD® Mascarpone, fresh berries and golden syrup
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and cheese. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture. Add the butter to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Gently fry each side of the bread for 3 — 5 minutes until the bread turns golden brown.
Serve with your topping of choice.
