175 ml milk
100 g LANCEWOOD® White Gouda, finely grated
4 thick slices of bread
30 g butter
Sliced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice
LANCEWOOD® Mascarpone, fresh berries and golden syrup
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and cheese. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture allowing it to soak up some of the egg, on both sides. Add the butter to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Gently fry each side of the bread for 3 – 5 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Serve with your topping of choice.
