4 slices bread
30 g butter, melted
4 large eggs
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
60 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, finely grated
Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with foil.
Using a cookie cutter or small glass, cut a circle out of the centre of each slice of bread. Place the slices of bread on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and place an egg into each cut out hole. Season and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
