For one burger
3 chopped gherkins
150gr ground beef mince
100 g LANCEWOOD® Mature Cheddar
½ cup ketchup
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Fresh lettuce and sliced tomatoes
4 strips streaky bacon, fried until crispy
Mix together anchovies, gherkins and mince. Grate the cheddar and form into a ball. Mould the beef mixture around cheddar ball to create a cheesy center. Reduce beer, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce on medium heat to form a glaze. Open and toast the hamburger bun. Construct burger, putting the glaze over the beef patty.
Top with more cheese and serve with crispy bacon, fried onion, lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
