Lancewood Hot Cross Bun S'mores

Ingredients

230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
180 g Nutella
6 hot cross buns
6 marshmallow Easter eggs

Method

Cut the Hot cross buns in half and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Mix the cream cheese and Nutella together until well combined and smooth in texture.

Spread the cream cheese and Nutella mixture on the top and bottom half of the open buns.

Place a marshmallow egg on top of the bottom half of each bun.

Place under a heated grill and grill until the marshmallow turns soft.

Remove from oven, sandwich together and serve immediately.
