Dip:
1. Using a bowl, add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, garlic powder, dried thyme and salt and mix together. Set aside.
Chicken:
2. In a separate bowl, add sliced chicken breasts, turmeric, cumin, onion powder, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic salt, oregano and lemon juice and mix together.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken mix until browned.
3. Add the peppers and onion to the pan and sauté until the peppers are soft.
To finish:
1. Divide the mixture into four and place the mixture in the center of each warmed tortilla.
2 Add the grated cheese and dip.
3. Fold and roll the tortilla together tightly.
4. Cut in half and enjoy as a light lunch or add it to your lunchbox.
