Healthy Cottage Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

Base: 

250 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Smooth Plain Cottage Cheese
2 large egg(s)
garlic salt
mixed dried herbs

Topping:

60 ml pizza sauce
100 g LANCEWOOD® Mozzarella , grated
12 salami slices
fresh basil , to garnish

Method

Base:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper, then trace a 20cm diameter circle on it. Turn over the baking paper so that the pencil/pen ink is on the other side. 

2. In a bowl, add the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic salt and mixed herbs. Whisk until smooth. 

4. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and spread evenly into the traced circle. 

5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. 

Topping:
1. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then spread pizza sauce almost to the edges, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with salami slices. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
