Create Now1. Combine the cream cheese, cocoa powder, crushed biscuits, fruit mince meat, nuts and mixed allspice in a bowl and mix well. Add the melted chocolate and mix in.
2. Divide the mixture into 3. Spoon each third onto a piece of cling film and shape into a 3 cm in diameter x 20 cm long sausage. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate until firm.
3. Once firm, roll in icing sugar and cut into slices .
4. Enjoy with coffee.
HINTS & TIPS:
1. Wrap in baking paper and tie a ribbon around it. The perfect little gift.
2. Add mixed citrus peel instead or chopped dried fruit like cranberries, apricots or glacé cherries.
3. Add a tablespoon of brandy for a bit of kick.
