In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat into the cream cheese. Add the milk slowly until you have a spreadable consistency.
To assemble:
Cut the Swiss Rolls and lamingtons in half. Spread the sides with the cream cheese filling.
On a round board, place the lamingtons and Swiss rolls, alternating between the two to form a wreath.
Top with strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries and chocolate balls.
